I can't say enough positive things about Michael. One thing that really stood out to me was his ability to talk through each step of our specific restoration process in a way that didn't add any additional stress. He respectfully gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with decisions we felt good about. All of the interactions with Michael felt like a long time friend that had our back who also happened to be an expert in the major issues with our home. He took great care in listening to our concerns and was able to respond in ways that eased the uncertainties we had about cost, quality, time frame, contractors. He gave us expert advice on the possibilities and choices we had without overwhelming us. If there were quality concerns along the way, he addressed them to make them right very shortly after they were brought to his attention. The contractors Michael found to accomplish the various projects were prompt as well. We knew when they were coming, the progress they were making and when they would be finished. Michael knew all the tips and tricks that would fit our budget without compromising quality. Michael communicated every step of the way and was very prompt in answering our questions. He maintained a can do attitude even if changes were made along the way. If I ever hear of someone who needs restoration work done, Michael will be my first and only recommendation. I'll end with an altered yet humorous Tide product slogan: If it's got to be restored, it's got to be Michael. If you're looking for a water damage restoration partner, you found the right one! Michael and HCR are the best! We were frustrated when our basement flooded and caused some water damage. We called Michael and he came the same day to assess your home and begin cleanup.
